The package was eventually received, but it was initially delivered to the wrong address and the delivery photo was not my door. There was also no clear update or apology afterward. I may order again because Wooftown carries products I need, but I’m concerned about future deliveries being sent to the wrong address. Please improve delivery accuracy and follow-up communication.
