Overall the furniture is to our liking. I felt like it was quite a bit longer getting it than expected and would liked to have changed to a different end table after they took so long in being made. I also gave you a better idea for the drawers on the desk that would improve the look and privacy of the desk. Lastly I have mentioned that I was disappointed that all was not made in the USA. That needs to be more transparent in your advertising. I do overall like the pieces we got and am proud of how they look and are used in our home. They are all well made pieces of furniture and so far no real problems.

Shipping was fast. Shocked to see only a blanket over it. No damage at all. Guys that brought it were amazing. You are very slow on your lead times. I read 4-5 weeks and it took 4 months. I had to reach out at least 3 times to figure out when it would be shipped. I ended up having to wait on my remodel a month for it. It’s a beautiful piece though.

so far, the only glitch I have experienced with your products - and I have ordered many items as your sales records should show - is the fact that the rustic barnwood couch was delivered not with the leather cushions as I had specified but with a synthetic facsimile.

We bought the loveset and couch. They are bigger then I thought which is great. The cushions are also nice and comfortable. I WOULD BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. The only thing I didnt like were the delivery people. Please make you you talk to them a 18 wheeler will be dropping it off to the curve. Me and my husband had to get it off the edge of the higway in back of our truck and bring it up the driveway. I explain to the furniture people my situation living off the highway but still got dropped off at the road. I had to stay by the highway and wait till my husband got home. we were just lucky our neighbor help get it loaded on our truck. No dolly to bring it up. Just one to unload it from the 18 wheeler. I ask driver of the truck he said there only to deliver to the curve the furniture people did not let me know that. You may want to see what blue collar does cost more money but might be better option for highway delivery.

The table took much longer to arrive than originally estimated and I had to reach out several times for updates. In the future I would say customers would appreciate updates coming form you instead of having to reach out and ask what the status of the delivery is. Otherwise I would have given you five stars
