You need to improve your shipping, I ordered the industrial table and received the first one damaged, then you guys shipped me another one and that one had the same damage as the first one. Love your products, I'm not a hater, but your shipping needs to improve.

Love the table, but one of the benches came in broken because it was poorly packed in the crate. After several attempts I never did get the right replacement parts. They should have just sent me another bench.

It took a while longer than the estimated delivery date, but well, worth the wait when we got the table, chairs, and bench.

Even though it might take 3 months to have the furniture ready… it is worth the wait. Everyone there is knowledgeable and kind and very helpful- no matter how many times we called or had questions!
