As we live outside of the delivery area we collected our order from the warehouse. The friendly and efficient staff made the whole process very easy.

I bought some teak dining chairs online and they were delivered within the timeframe stated, and were as represented and as expected. The only thing I will add - which will do me out of the teak bench - is that it would have been good to get a text notification from the carrier the day before they would be delivered as not everyone is always home. Fortunately my neighbour signed for them. Very happy with the chairs.

Scott is very helpful and responsive. He's the best sales! The two beds I bought are sturdy and well made.

Purchased a pincic table for my balcony earlier in the year. Abby was so kind and helpful; very knowledgeable on the furniture settings. She helped me decide on what was best for my space. Will definitely be coming back to Woodbury Castle Hill!!

I bought two classic folding chairs and the picnic table for my small balcony a couple of seasons ago. They have held up really well and I am impressed by the timber!

The products were exactly as described, very good quality and delivery was timely

I love the look of the chairs we bought but after 2-4 years the glue always comes unstuck and we have to replace them which gets expensive and is such a waste of the old chairs. It would be great if they were screwed together. We keep buying them though as we do like them a lot. Customer service is great and they are always quick to respond and replace the chairs.
