Top quality. Works great. I can now move my 30” plus logs pretty easily.

I haven’t had a chance to use them yet but will soon.

The saw works great but filling the cooling water tank is a real pain. I pump water into the tank by disconnecting the supply hose and using it to pump water into the tank. A large diameter screw cap on top of the water tank would be a big improvement. An other better solution option would be to put a tee with a shut off valve in the supply line with a hose fitting on it so you don't have to climb up the saw to add water or disconnect any hoses.

I started out with an LT 35. By time I had cut my 4th log I knew I wanted something that could handle larger logs. At night I would go on the Wood-Mizer site and look at sawmills with the larger capacity. But those sawmills carried a higher price tag than I wanted to invest. Then they started the wide versions. That’s when I bought the LT 40 wide. After 550 hours of fun and counting with it. One thing is I wish it had the log turner the LT 50 has. Every place I go to cut people’s logs the family ends up out there watching and videoing the process of turning logs to lumber. Before I bought the sawmill. I told the dealer it was crazy me buying a sawmill when I didn’t have more than 50 trees on my property. He said I would be able to always find trees to mill. He was right there was never a problem finding logs to mill. It has been a lot of fun and more fun to come for me. Thank You Wood- Mizer

While the tool works very well the black handle cover slipping off creates issues carrying logs etc I'm going to try a little gorilla glue on it

Have not tried them yet. If they cut as good and last as long as the Turbo 747 double hard I will be very happy.

Tank was what I hoped for.

Old bearing was stuck but finally started moving . . new one fit perfectly and after installation wheel spun quiet and straight…calibrated again put on a new blade and still had a wavy cut … had another new blade in a box put that one on and it’s sawing true ?!??

Solved our issue with the auto throttle problem.

We put on two additional rollers to make rolling the bigger logs easier since we roll them with a cant hook. Fortunately here in south Georgia we don't get a lot of huge logs on my place.

Love the power feed for my LT15, makes cutting smoother and easier especially in hot weather. Installation was easy. Looking back I should have gotten it when I purchased the sawmill like my wife told me to do.
