Disappointed with Lack of Comms
Unfortunately very difficult to get a response from the owner. I was lucky to be gifted a WOW bandana from a friend, but unfortunately too big. Josh was happy to exchange for size small but posted a medium. I emailed Josh a couple of times regarding this but no response to my emails.

I love your products but they donāt last. Have bought three leads now as the thumb bit breaks off after a few months. Have messaged you twice about it and no reply. Disappointing as love the design.
