So many better options out there for cheaper.

I was ultimately taken care of, but feel the prior exchange process could have been handled much better. I am not in the market for handouts, but do feel strongly that the product should meet or exceed its durability standards. Others aspects such as shipping and ease of website use are great.

I return a shorter pair of the sprints because the crotch was so uncomfortable and opted but the distance pair which suck less but the return process was easy.

No complaints.

Fast shipping and quality products. Great communication when it’s needed

As a returning customer, I am drawn to this company’s values and principles.

I always get my product quickly and my first purchase I ordered I ordered wrong size and they exchanged with no hassle. Completely satisfied!!

No complaints. Straightened out duplicate order issue. Wish you’d switch to QR code so USPS can print label instead of having to do that at home. Like the team, wish for more from products.

Great shipping and excellent quality.

Disappointed about the durability. After 5 or 6 wears, there is a small loose thread that can create a rip. Love everything else though.

WOLACO team is the best! Initially my package did not arrive, I reported it and they were kind enough to take care of it right away! Honestly, you guys are Amazing! Refreshing to see a company that still cares about the customer and to provide them with real quality goods!

Got here within 3 days. Perfection

Great service!

Tracking. of international packages shows updates often with some delays or several updates seem to happen at the same time, possibly due to the fact that several logistics companies are involved. E. g. for some days the package seems not to move at all, while one day later it seemed to have passed through two delivery centers and across the ocean almost instantly.
