I tried reaching out to you through Instagram when I made the purchase to let you know that I wanted to see if there was any option to avoid receiving a pair of long compression pants, since the heat in Puerto Rico is horrible. I didn’t receive a response until almost a week and a half later, when you asked me what I had received. Another week has passed since then, and I still haven’t received a response. Honestly, the communication through your social media channels has been terrible.

Overall I was satisfied. Only real point of contention was the delivery wait. We live in a world of 24 - 48 hour delivery from online purchases so expectation was receiving the shorts to use right away.
