Love the cafe which has quite a lot of space for customers and their pets. The cafe is a credit of whiskers and paws

perfect

It includes various different playful elements in the smae toy and my dog loves it.

I’ve been subscribed to the dog food weekly delivery for about six months. However, since July, I’ve not always been receiving the freebie that comes with it. In fact, I missed out on the freebie three times within one month, and every time this happens, I have to contact the shop and ask for it. This situation bothers me a lot, especially because it’s part of what I’m paying for.

Disappointed with this order. I asked for fresh food items, but every product I received expires in February next year. They don't seem sellable soon, so they're being discounted.

上網或者去店舖買都非常方便

Always excellent. The gold standard for ecommerce and delivery.

Easy to order products. Delivery is very fast with good packig of the products purchased.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent online purchase of your frozen dog food cubes. Immediately upon opening the package, I found that the frozen cubes had already melted together into a single, solid block. This makes it incredibly difficult to portion out the correct daily meals for my dog without having to thaw and refreeze the entire mass, which compromises the safety and quality of raw food. Because this product is premium and expensive, I expected the shipping and temperature control to preserve the integrity of the individual cubes until arrival. Unfortunately, discovering this right out of the box was a very bad experience for us.

Mobile website is very jumpy and trouble with calculating prices, discounts and coupons when deleting free gift items.
