Apparently there was is something regarding membership offer, which I recently found out during my last purchase from the salesperson. I have told him to look into and get to me but he hasn’t responded back. Appreciate if someone can touch base with me on the situation. Thanks

The shop lacks stock. Only 2 pairs of dog shoes in our size (for a 4-legged animal suboptimal), very limited selection of dog food/water bowls and none in porcelain, no dog lifting harness (which we need for our 13 year old Golden Retriever). I'm sure there are plenty of other products that are not available when you look for them. Whiskers N Paws used to be the best shop in HK for animal supplies, currently that is no longer the case.

Fast service and good selection.

Very useful packaging. Our foster dog only lets us wipe his paws with food as a distraction. This allows us to do the training efficiently, and the dogs love it. It was difficult to find dog treats in this packaging elsewhere (more common with cat treats for some reason. Also easy to freeze and peel open when frozen, great treat for hot summers. Would recommend!

The staff at Whiskers N Paws are very kind and friendly with both children and animals and it makes it a great place to visit and shop.
