I would have given more stars, but I am currently trying to get a return label so I can exchange my pants. My first time talking with customer service was very easy. We worked out my exchange and it was very easy. This time, very hard to reach customer service. Also, trying to get a return label and even sent an email. I hope that I hear back tomorrow so that I can get my exchange and send my package back to them. Customer service is very important for any business, and it dictates where I shop. Since I am a new customer to this company, which I was referred to by my niece, I thought I wouldn’t have any problems. I hope this will be resolved quickly.

I love your jeans. I have two pair. But the shipping process was a nightmare. I bought the, on the third, thought they’d be delivered by the 10th. They never came. Then several days later I got an email that they tried to deliver the, but there was no one to sign for the package sign for the package? Why? Then I tried to reach fed ex. Only reached ai bots. Finally yesterday the 14th I requested to pick the, up at an office and today it did. If I order from you again, I need to ensure we don’t have to sign for a package. I get Amazon -ackages all week long n0 issue. Very frustrating to wait so long and have many interactions with fed ex to get them.

The pants are to long and I will have to hem them otherwise I like the fit
