Had to contact seller because they said it was shipped and it was not shipped. When never received, contacted seller and they shipped within 2 days of contacting.

While making a decision on buying a bench for our entry and doing some research, I saw that this bench had no reviews and I took the chance . I was a little nervous because of the price, but I am glad I did, the bench came wrapped up really secure, with all of its parts, shipping was excellent, and my husband had it put together within 20 minutes. It's beautiful and sturdy. Made well!! 

Very fast shipment of product, impressive turn around from time of purchase to when it arrived. A+ seller! 

Minor nicks in the actual product, but that was the factors problem, not the seller. Overall very pleased. 

Delivered in a timely manner 

Took a bit longer than expected to arrive, but was still within the estimated delivery date. Product was easy to assemble and very sturdy.

Arrived right in the middle of delivery estimate. Very well packaged, no damage. Item assembled easily and works perfectly. All around excellent experience. 

Item arrived as ordered, on time. It's cheaply made but I expected that. Back was detached, which I corrected with staples, drawers stick pretty badly and drawer pulls come off if you try too hard to pull out the drawer. I can fix that myself, too. 

Item arrived on time. Unfortunately UPS made the delivery at the end of the day, and by then the entertainment center was destroyed. I contacted seller, within 30mins he replied back to notify me that the damaged parts would be replaced. 7 days later I received all parts and was able to put together the unit. Yes, I would buy again. Too bad UPS is so careless...YRC might be a better choice.

Everything about this purchase was first class! Item arrived March 11, which was early as far as I am concerned. The shelves are gorgeous, exactly as shown, and really easy to put together.

Tracking shipment was inaccurate. Had to contact the seller as to why I could not track shipment. As per seller, said shipment got delayed due to delivery issues..
