I had placed an order on amazon for a product from your company, unaware it was not exactly what I had thought I was ordering. I received a call from Nadya asking me if I was aware that i was only buying one piece of the entertainment unit. I was of course, not aware and decided to cancel the order through amazon. I spoke with Nadya about what I would be looking at, pricing wise, for the whole 3 piece set. She had said she can save me 5% on my total purchase with a coupon code I could use if I ordered directly through your company's website.She sent me an email with the information I had asked for, as well as information on a different set they may better suit my television, and the coupon code. At the end of the day I ordered the entertainment unit recommended by Nadya directly from your company. She was the main part of my decision to purchase from your company. She was very attentive, and personable and focused on my needs as a consumer. I myself worked as a sales manager for 5 years and have never been impressed with customer service as much as I was with how Nadya handled my order today. I will shop with your company again in the future and I will be recommending your company to all of my friends, family and work associates.
