Very efficient to deal with. Secateurs arrived promptly

I purchased my first pair of these secateurs at Henry Field Days about 15-20 years ago, they came with a diamond sharpening tool. I searched the internet for something similar, after my original pair finally retired, then I found you! I absolutely love my new pair, they make my pruning so much easier, as I have arthritis in my hands, hopefully my new ones last just as long as my original ones. Thank you for these amazing secateurs I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Good replace ment part

Only 4 stars because of the woeful delivery. Way too long. The courier doesn't update the delivery for delays. Many days show as in transit with no updates. Maybe the courier waits until they get a container load before dispatching? Suppliers are competing against Amazon. Who are nearly always cheaper and the delivery is either on time or early. Rarely is Amazon late. I try to support local suppliers when I can. But it's difficult when a third party lets them down. The order process was good and efficient. The product looks good. Looks like it will be durable. Thanks
