Service from beginning to end was excellent

I had a really great experience with William Wood at point of order, finding a lovely product and so on. Delivery was then scheduled for the 15th to the 16th of November (ordered on 13th) - so again impressive. I unfortunately had to contact them to change this, as I wasn’t at home and there is no safe place to leave a mirror where I live. That’s where the bad experience begins. It is now the 28th of November and I still don’t have my order as the item either wasn’t returned back, or the route wasn’t planned. I spoke to a few advisors who all gave me different information. I was told it was going to get delivered last week, to then be told it will be this week. I have given my availability well in advance so we avoid another missed delivery but no email confirming my order has been dispatched since. I understand it was my ‘fault’ for not being at home first. But come on - 3 weeks later? Surely one order can be planned in to the delivery routes more efficiently than this!
