Rücksendung Bearbeitung dauert fast n Monat. Kein Bestätigung das Paket zurück angekommen ist. Emails werden sofort beantwortet, passiert aber nicht viel. Warten, warten bis ich mein Geld erstattet bekomme. . kann mir keine andere trage leisten bevor ich mein Geld nicht zurück bekomme. Finde ich echt ärgerlich und habe nicht soo gute Erfahrungen mit diese Firma gemacht.
