I ordered from UK, as I just love ombre stuff and pink, it was a punt as I wouldnt be able to return due to shipping costs, but i neednt have worried, all the treats I ordered were just yummy. :).

Fast INTERNATIONAL postage thanks

Purchase was easy, one item did not fit and my size is sold out. The process to simply return or exchange this item has been difficult and is still not resolved. Thank goodness this wasn’t a more expensive purchase and I will continue to purchase Wildfox through the department stores I usually buy the brand from, as it’s a favorite of mine. I would love to buy directly but the return/exchange process is not user friendly and attempts to rip me off in the form of charging 4X the amount of what a shipping fee for a 1lb item actually costs to ship back. So disappointing as I must own at least 50 Wildfox items through 3rd party retailers and is the brand I wear most often in my everyday life :(
