I was easy to replace a tool that broke. It was the proturn bit holder. I have a few and one broke. They didn't argue or ask questions, just sent out a new one promptly. It was nice to actually get a helpful and quick response.

Amazing quality I received my socket set and it is amazing! Almost all of my tools are Wiha! It is very easy to identify my tools from other peoples tools, the difference is obvious! Not just tools but a lifestyle!

No complaints so far. One small ratchet lost the magnet within weeks of initial purchase but a lil bit of superglue took care of the problem.
