Needed a small med kit for when I go out, and this fit the bill perfectly. Amped up the “boo-boo kit” slightly for the kids, but other than that, would t change a thing. If you make holes, you should be able to to patch holes. Side note, originally ordered the grey version, but decided a like the coyote better. I contacted them, and as soon as they had verification of me shipping the pouch back, sans supplies, they had the new one out to me. Best products, knowledge, and customer service in the game!
