As a paramedic with significant experience dealing with gunshot wounds, stab wounds, and traumatic injuries I believe this IFAK allows you to carry all the traumatic medical equipment you need in a concealed and comfortable fashion. I carry it every day in my back pocket. In the IFAK I have a SWAT-T, NAR duct tape strips, Gloves, NAR compact chest seals and quick clot. This covers everything from intermediate bleeding to extenuating hemorrhage from the extremity and junctional wounds as well as pneumothorax prevention. Nothing left to be desired.

I’m very pleased with the quality. Fits tight against my Axl Eclipse belt. Doesn’t flop all over the place when sprinting. Would purchase again.

This makes the second kit I've ordered. Great to keep in the truck so I always have one ready. Got a second for the wife's vehicle, and will probably get a few more. When you need it, you really need it. Has the trauma kit, plus the little things for day to day emergencies. Just enough room in the bag to supplement a few things as you figure out what you need.
