One item arrived short. They refund straight away but I didn’t want refund I wanted missing items. Now I have to pay for shipping to get missing items.

The company is let down by their website. Products, prices, concept and customer service are wonderful. The website though is laggy, discount codes of various kinds never work. Although issues are eventually sorted out it can make for a frustrating experience.
