These guys have great products – I ordered fois gras, duck, beef, and on a regular basis get the lamb rack. Delivery is not the fastest, but quality is great.

Shipping is fast and meat quality is great. But wholemeat sent the same discount code to me twice for my two separate orders. When I sent the emails explaining the situation and screenshots showing the same code sent twice on different dates, it seemed like the team thought I asked for two discount code on one single order review. No replies after I followed up. The one reply I got, was not understanding of the situation, and they gave a ¥500 coupon instead. I feel disappointed with the way they handled it.
