Good quality beef grass fed with nice fat content

I placed my order early December and asked that my order to be shipped closer to Christmas. That request was accepted and my order was delivered right as scheduled!

Ordered a turkey for an early Christmas dinner. The shipping was right on and the turkey turned out beautifully. The bird included a meat thermometer which popped at the right time to give nice moist but cooked dark and light meat. Great!
