Thank you so much for the whole roasting ducks! They are just large enough to fit inside a Japanese oven, and it was a big hit at my holiday party. I could also use the ample duck fat that I saved in a variety of different dishes later.

Ordered a turkey for an early Christmas dinner. The shipping was right on and the turkey turned out beautifully. The bird included a meat thermometer which popped at the right time to give nice moist but cooked dark and light meat. Great!
