I had an issue with my order when my daughter’s ex boyfriend refused my delivery when the postal worker came to drop it off & get a signature- he didn’t even bother to inform me that I’d had an attempted delivery. After waiting, waiting & checking the tracking, I eventually discovered that it had been returned to sender. I contacted Who Is Elijah & explained everything & they sent it out again with no questions asked & didn’t even ask me to pay for shipping again- it was a free sample promotion where you just pay for shipping. Super helpful, friendly staff, an excellent company all round!!
