We used to enjoy Fried Steak Cutlets using cubed steak when I was growing up in the Midwest, so I order 4 pounds of Cubed Steak from White Oak Pastures. The dry-ice packaging was OUTSTANDING and the White Oak Pastures cubed steak arrived well frozen. I made Fried Steak Cutlets using the cubed steak (mix 1 small egg with milk or heavy cream or buttermilk, then dip both sides of the cubed steak in crushed Organic crackers, season with Organic Black Pepper, and then fry in grass-fed butter and Organic EVOO. It brought back wonderful memories!!! The cubed steak was nice and tender. Thank you for offering such a hard-to-find item in practically any grocery store on the east coast.
