Nice looking boot, true to size. Quality of the leather is thinner then I had expected. Laces are very stiff, impossible to move or tighten. i will replace them.

Cute style and color. Wondering if your standard width is a little larger than most shoes. It was for me and although I occasionally find a shoe to be too wide, this one was very much so. I wish I could have kept!!! Great customer service however.

I ordered clogs to wear as everyday shoes. They are soooo comfy and very affordable. I had first ordered the more expensive B-brand, and found them to be too “bubble-toed”. So I returned them and bought these for a fraction of the cost. I am very pleased!

I ordered a half size bigger than what I usually wear and the shoes were still too small. Company said I couldn't exchange them for a bigger size and I had to return and buy a new pair. I bought them on a black Friday sale so I would lose money buying a new pair and they charge a $7 return fee.

Haven’t yet experienced customer service about to send shoes back for exchange
