These boots run NARROW. Not medium width. The sizing chart really should include the width in inches/cm because reading other reviews that say "run true to size" doesn't really mean anything and only applies to the foot of the person writing the review. Shipping was great, packaging was good, and processing my return was easy. I'm just disappointed that the boots didn't fit and would have never ordered them if a full sizing description would have been available.

Fit was perfect. Shipping time was fast. They are very warm and cozy. Perfect for indoor wear but I may try them outdoors as well.

I have several pairs of White Mountain shoes. I didn't realize that Cliffs don't fit the same. They don't stay on the feet and constantly falling off. I don't have that problem with any of my other shoes. Very disappointed.
