Shipping was quick. Package was good. These are decent clogs. But find, they are not as supportive for my feet to wear out side. I wear as house shoes. I have wood floors so these clogs keep my feet warm on chilly days.

True to size and comfortable. Lost a point because the texture finish seemed a little bit uneven in places but not very noticeably. Otherwise, they are among my most comfortable shoes that I can wear all day no problem.

Solid comfortable slipper with a solid sole that you can walk outside in. It seems true to size.

I have no complaints about service and shipping. I was hoping I would love the shoes as much as I did the Buenos I previously ordered and LOVE. However, the Brinlee fits very differently. Same size but it is barely long enough and it is much more narrow. I kept the shoe but probably will rarely wear them. . .
