My only suggestion would be to have gift packets in store. As a customer you are paying premium prices for a whisky gift, and you do not have any gift bags instore. Even if this meant that the customer would need to purchase this separately.

Buying tickets are easy and attending the event is always something to look forward to!

I ordered on Wednesday late afternoon and Thursday morning just after 9 it was delivered. I am impressed with the service and the after sales communication!! we need more companies that can work like this.
