Not the first time visiting the shop and purchasing there, however, the first time I felt good about the experience. Valentine greeted friendly and after introducing myself he indicated that he knows my name and that I shop online often. I was on my way to the airport, and I did not look for something specific, rather just browsing but Valentine convinced me to buy not one, but ten bottles of whisky after offering to have it shipped home. When I explained that I also do not want to purchase doubles (excuses I know), he offered to check my profile to see what I have ordered before and promptly did. He assisted me without being overbearing. He displayed a professional attitude that fits the shop look and feel. This was the first time in a number of visits that I was treated well! Delivered faster than quoted great BUT bottle had clearly been left in a heated space and i wonder if this damages the product at all

Great whisky, great service as always

I tasted this at the Cape Town Whisky Festival. Definitely one of if not the best whisky I tried that evening. Very smooth for a 58% Islay malt. Big Caol Ila coastal smoke, but not overwhelming. Less fruity than I was expecting, and a bit spicier. Loved it and had to buy a bottle - great value whisky at this level.

This was my first time ordering through the Whisky Brother website and what a pleasant experience it was! Firstly, the range of products on offer is great and goes beyond the standard fayre you normally find. Ordering and payment is smooth and straightforward. I placed my order in the morning and amazingly, received it the same afternoon! The couriers (or drivers?) were super friendly and enjoying their day. We will definitley be ordering from you again!

Service was fine. Your salesman promised to send me an invoice via email. I am still waiting. This is the second time that this has happened. In future I want my invoice on payment, Humphrey Borkum.

The website navigation was quite easy. I think the only thing that could be improved is for the information on the event to be updated, as is stated in the description of the event. I could be looking in the wrong place, but that in itself means it's a bit less intuitive than the other parts!
