Really easy to sign up for a gift subscription. Needed a bit of help from customer services due to incorrect code on card but reply came quick and issue resolved satisfactorily. Only 1 wee concern is that I didn't realise that packages came via Evri - this can sometimes be a problem in the area I live in as deliveries are not always on time and are sometimes left out by doorways where other people can see them ( this is even with leaving instructions for safe place delivery) - Hoping this doesn't happen with future deliveries

Getting regular Whiskey (much preferred spelling) has allowed and taught me which whiskey I actually like. I don't like Peaty whiskey now. My wife doesn't like whiskey but even she enjoys reading the cards and chooses which one I should drink.

Very easy order process

I ordered a bottle of Torabhaig Croc na Moine as a birthday/Christmas present to myself. I had tried a taster in October and liked it very much. It is mellow, but with an explosion on the plate and a fruit overtone. I shall open it on my birthday, 21st December and enjoy a wee dram!
