Online ordering was smooth and the disks came very quickly!

No major issues, but the prices were higher than they were on the store and shipping was exorbitant. The kicker were the fees I paid because of purchasing from the USA! The fees doubled the cost of my purchase, which I did not realize until I had already submitted the order. Lesson learned! I will not recommend nor will I purchase from here again.

I appreciated the free shipping - that made the difference in my decision to make a purchase. I received the scarf in very good time - much quicker than I have come to expect. The colors and the design are beautiful, and I will enjoy both have it as a souvenir and wearing it. I was somewhat disappointed in the material - the fabric was not the quality of silk I expected. Still, I know I will enjoy the scarf.

Although separated by time and geography, I happily recall the last time I visited this historic location. The abbey gift shop provides an opportunity to revisit those memories every time I look for new items to buy there. Their item selection and capable service are much appreciated.
