We visited the Abbey Shop while we were on vacation from California. Since we didn't have a lot of room in our suitcases, it was nice to choose our souvenirs at the shop, then order items online and have it delivered. They all arrived perfectly with great tracking emails sent to my inbox. Thank you!

I have just orderd a mug what I Ich habe mir im Westerminster Abbey Webshop eine Tasse bestellt, die ich vor Ort im Shop habe nicht finden können. Die Lieferung verlieft unkompliziert und vor allem zollfrei (was der Westminister Abbey Web Shop übernommen hat - laut begelegter Grußkarte). Ansonsten kann so etwas - insbesondere wenn andere Shops wie jener im Buckingham Palace per DHL verschicken - schnell in ~15 GPB an Gebühren nachsichziehen, auch wenn gar kein Zoll anfällt. Die Sendung war hervorragend verpackt, so dass auch nichts zu Bruch gehen könnte. Ich werde daher gerne wieder was bestellen.
