I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with West Coast Seeds. I specifically ordered organic seeds, based on both the product image and description on their website, but what I received was not labeled organic. I contacted customer service thinking this would be an easy issue to resolve. Instead, I was told that I had received the “correct” seeds, despite the fact that what I received does not match what was advertised online. I then asked for a refund and received no response. If a product is advertised and sold as organic, I expect to receive an organic product—or, at the very least, receive proper customer service when there is a discrepancy. Unfortunately, neither happened here. What makes this especially disappointing is that for the past two years, I have purchased almost all of my seeds and garlic from West Coast Seeds. I’ve been a loyal customer and have trusted this company for a large portion of what I grow in my garden, which is why this experience is honestly so sad and frustrating. Very disappointing, especially from a company I expected to be able to trust when purchasing seeds for my garden.

I've been a long-time customer of WCS and find the quality of items and customer service excellent. The germination rate of their seeds is very good, even years past their best-by estimates. It's important to me that the seeds are produces locally, similar to the climate and conditions where I plant them.

I have been a very satisfied West Coast Seeds customer for the past 7 years. I have always been impressed by the wide variety of seeds they carry and the quality has always been outstanding. I was first introduced to their seeds when I decided to try starting my veggies and herbs from seed indoors during the bleak winter, rather than purchasing plants from the local garden centre. Harvesting your bounty and knowing that you were right there from the beginning, nurturing them from seed to the table, makes a world of difference and provides an amazing feeling of accomplishment. I am also impressed by the availability of certain varieties of vegetables, many of them being heirloom, that you don't typically find from other seed distributors such as Anaheim Peppers and San Marzano Tomatoes. To top it all off, THEY ARE A CANADIAN COMPANY!!!!! I'm a proud Canadian and I'm a proud customer of West Coast Seeds.

I ordered some seeds and thought that I had asked for my order to be shipped. I received an email saying that my order was ready for pick up. I called and spoke to Chantel and she was able to cancel my order and refund me and resubmitted my order with shipping. Thank you for the great customer service
