I have been buying from West coast Seeds for a number of years now, and always had an abundance at harvest time. I ordered a few seeds and sprout screens last week. My order arrived on Tuesday, but I received something else. The response was very quick. Connie was great and followed up with me a few times. I received my proper order today! So quick and easy! I highly recommend West Coast Seeds for their great products and unmatched customer service!

I have been a very satisfied West Coast Seeds customer for the past 7 years. I have always been impressed by the wide variety of seeds they carry and the quality has always been outstanding. I was first introduced to their seeds when I decided to try starting my veggies and herbs from seed indoors during the bleak winter, rather than purchasing plants from the local garden centre. Harvesting your bounty and knowing that you were right there from the beginning, nurturing them from seed to the table, makes a world of difference and provides an amazing feeling of accomplishment. I am also impressed by the availability of certain varieties of vegetables, many of them being heirloom, that you don't typically find from other seed distributors such as Anaheim Peppers and San Marzano Tomatoes. To top it all off, THEY ARE A CANADIAN COMPANY!!!!! I'm a proud Canadian and I'm a proud customer of West Coast Seeds.

I ordered some seeds and thought that I had asked for my order to be shipped. I received an email saying that my order was ready for pick up. I called and spoke to Chantel and she was able to cancel my order and refund me and resubmitted my order with shipping. Thank you for the great customer service

The products they sell are top-notch. I really like the large variety/choices of organic seeds. Customer service is exceptional. . . . respond quickly to questions and inquiries, and have a great policy when dealing with the occasional thing that isnt quite right. Fast shipping.

Initially had a shipment problem due to the postal strike. Reordered after the strike and was very pleased to receive the bulbs, hopefully,not too late. Now just waiting for Spring.
