My second waterproof coat and I just love them. V stylish, warm and easy to wear. Always get comments when I wear them.

These are beautiful! I’ve had many compliments. They are a little chunky, with a good sturdy sole but they aren’t heavy. They’re very light, easy to walk in with no breaking-in required. They are slightly on the roomy side hence the 4 stars. If they did half sizes, I would have sent them back and purchased a 3. 5 instead of a 4. Then they would have received 5 stars. I am keeping them as they are comfy and even though they are slightly big they don’t slip off.

The Downtown Mac was lovely when it arrived, but a button tore loose from the coat on the first day. I have returned the coat and am currently waiting for a replacement to be sent out to me. I like the coat but customer service is quite slow to reply to emails as I think they are quite overstretched. I hope I my replacement coat will be sent out soon.
