Won’t buy from Welligogs again. Ordered a Phoebe shirt in the sale for £60, original price was much higher. I am a fan of Holland Cooper and Fairfax and Favor and thought that the service and quality of Welligogs would be similar. Unfortunately the price of this item was very high for the quality compared to other country clothing brands. Not only that but I had to pay for delivery AND the return. So it basically cost me £8 to try on an item. Other companies offer free delivery on items over £50 and free returns. Oh and they only allow 14 days for a refund - if not returned in this time you get a voucher. Lesson learned for me - hope this review warns others.

My Hackney Burgundy Suede Loafers are exactly what I wanted. The fit is great and they are nice and soft around the heel. Shipping was so quick and the shoes were well packaged.

It actually took longer than usual to arrive and unfortunately the delivery person had left the parcel in a bucket at the side of my house which had collected water in it :woman-facepalming: so when I opened the package everything was wet. Luckily both caps dried out and still look fabulous.

My second waterproof coat and I just love them. V stylish, warm and easy to wear. Always get comments when I wear them.

These are beautiful! I’ve had many compliments. They are a little chunky, with a good sturdy sole but they aren’t heavy. They’re very light, easy to walk in with no breaking-in required. They are slightly on the roomy side hence the 4 stars. If they did half sizes, I would have sent them back and purchased a 3. 5 instead of a 4. Then they would have received 5 stars. I am keeping them as they are comfy and even though they are slightly big they don’t slip off.
