Ive wanted one of these for awhile and finally pulled the trigger on my splurge. When i opened it, i noticed there was already a pulled thread on the back of the robe. right out of the bag!!! I decided against trying to do an exchange since i waited so long to pull the trigger on it and i was so excited because i know itll be a headache and they likely wouldnt do anything to replace. But i am super bummed. I have many towels from different brands and only the super cheap ones pull like this, especially this quickly. I love the concept of this robe and the look, but the quality right off the bat is pretty disappointing. I did go ahead and put my appliqué monogram on it. You guys should definitely add 3 letter appliqué to your lineup! Fit wise- I wear a medium in lake pajamas and I did a medium in this. I would say they fit similar - TTS. Length is perfect. I love sewn on belts. I do wish it had an inner tie as well. Overall - I would buy it again, but for a splurge for me I am a little sad about the snag already there upon opening.
