Not only the products deserve a five star rating, but the costumer service as well. I’ve had a wonderful experience and would recommend these containers to anyone wanting to live a more sustainable/clean life.

Customer service was fine, but I’m not happy with the product.

I bought the silverware and bamboo cups from Wee Sprout. They were great for my 15 month old. I had problems and my end and had to contact customer service. They were so helpful, timely and wonderful.

Timely delivery, quality product.

The bags work great, and they are very good sizes. One of the bags ripped while opening them, but Wee sprout generously replaced them very quickly. Aside form that one, they have all worked perfectly.

I’ve made all my own baby food so far and WeeSprouts has made it a breeze! I have both the glass storage jars with silicone lids, and the refillable pouches, and I would (and do!) recommend them to everyone. At one point I had a small issue come up and customer service was incredibly prompt and helpful in their response. I will continue to buy from them for baby feeding needs!

These plates are great! We love the addition of a lid for travel and storage. It makes life so much easier. My toddler loves the bright bolder colors. She wants more "rainbow" color options. Since they are silicone, they are naturally non-slip without needing suction cups. For us, this works better since my toddler finds pulling up suction cups a welcome challenge that ends up with food all over the place. We purchased on Amazona and they arrived without lids. I contacted the company directly instead of Amazon, and they quickly sent us replacement lids. They responded within hours of my email on a weekend.

I’ve had this stainless steel bento box for years three years and I can’t recommend it enough. I use it for my kids lunch and it’s so durable, easy to clean, and dishwasher safe. It looks just like brand new three years later. I also like that the lid is easy to open so my two and three year old kids are able to open it by themselves at school. Also, I love weesprout’s customer service. They were so helpful when I accidentally ordered the wrong size and continuously followed up with me to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I’ve never had a company care so much for me as a customer. I’m definitely a lifetime customer and look forward to buying more things in the future!

We bought these stainless steel cups for our son as we just hate for him to drink out of plastic. He loves them with and without the lid, and especially that he can really get a grip with the silicone sleeve. Over time several of the straws have gotten lost or damaged. Most recently we had a true toddler moment. During arts and crafts time our little guy took a big snip out of one of the straws with his scissors. I wrote to the company to order replacements and instead they sent a whole pack of new straws free of charge. I'm so impressed with that kind of service. It's really nice to find an American company selling kids stuff where I don't have to worry about whether what I'm ordering is actually going to be what I receive. Thank you for making excellent quality products and being a company we like to support.
