Love these cups! Dishwasher safe, although I'd remove the butter silicone cover to prolong it's life but so far they are great! Had an issue with one lid and the customer service was top notch! They responded quickly and fixed my issue fast! Will buy from this company again.

We love our small Bento box for our daughters lunches, it’s great quality and after a couple years still looks new, when we lost our Lid weesprout kindly send us a replacement, great customer service.

I have five of these that are in regular rotation. I like the bigger compartments as opposed to many small compartments. And the extra container for dips or smaller snacks is useful. Customer service was quick to respond when I needed to replace one lid due to a faulty latch. They replaced it free of charge.

I couldn't find a specific area to write a customer service review, so here will do. The customer service for weesprout is phenomenal. Kelly helped make everything quick and simple. As the for the bento box, I love it and it is perfect for my 18 month olds daycare lunch.

There are so many things we love about these glasses that no other toddler cups have: They are glass and silicone, so there is never a weird plastic or metallic taste. They are super strong and resistant; great for both hot and cold liquids as well as storage. They come with two types of lids - with and without a straw hole. They are super easy to fully clean in the dishwasher; the glass, silicone sleeve, straw, and lid can all be easily taken apart and placed in the dishwasher for a quick and easy clean. The straws have large openings and are made of soft silicone, so toddler enjoys drinking from them. Finally, the silicone gasket in the lid is fixed to it, so there is never gunk or build-up around it or any issues with losing the gasket or it getting wonky. These have replaced EVERY toddler cup in our home. No other is good enough. PS: the customer service is incredible 👏

I purchased the large bento box and it is amazing. It holds enough food for my Child so she isn’t hungry at school and I love the colors and that it’s dishwasher safe. I lost the lid to the box and customer service sent me a whole new box. They are prompt with their emails and really do care and want you to have a great experience. I also ordered their food packets and they have held up very well. And their suction cup plates really do suction cup so the kids can’t knock them off the table or pull Them off. I have been extremely pleased with all my items thus far and highly recommend. Super happy customer 😁😄

These are great! We received this set as a replacement after a gifted plate set arrived damaged. We were so excited to use them after hearing they were the gifter’s favourite plates for their kiddo. I immediately reached out to the customer service team and got excellent and prompt help! They located the gifted set order and sent us a replacement within the week. We had no issues and will now be highly recommending this brand to friends as well!

Great size. When a lif went missing were able to replace it. We have a thermos and love that, too.

I use these jars for storing and freezing herbs, pesto and small veggies. They work great. I misplaced a few lids and WeeSprout replaced them - sweet. I appreciate the quality of their items and their customer service.

I purchased in purple and one in navy for our two grandchildren. The purple one showed up but the navy one did not even though it said it was delivered. I let them know and they shipped a new one to me and advised if the other one shows up (which is has not) to just keep it. Excellent Customer Service. And the products are a great quality! I will shop with them again.
