I purchased two different sets of the WeeSprout Silicone Storage bags to try. They arrived quickly and were packaged nicely. They are tightly stuck together, so you need to carefully pull them apart to wash them. I did have one bag tear. I sent a message, along with photos, on a Sunday, not expecting a response until the next business day. However, very quickly I received a message from Cat and, within days, I had a replacement. I also received a follow-up email from Cat to see if the replacement was satisfactory. We are enjoying our new silicone storage bags (& feeling so much better about what we are NOT putting in our bodies/food from regular plastic baggies). WeeSprout has been an amazing company!

we bought these for ourselves. turns out a handful of our friends use them and gave us some too. now we have too many. must be pretty good item

We are so excited for our bento boxes! When they first arrived a few of the lids didn’t fit but the customer service was top notch! They responded quickly to emails and got replacement lids in the mail to us right away. Our new boxes work great and I am glad to have an alternative to plastic! Now we are all set for our on the go adventures!

I purchased 3 of the large bento boxes and the lid of one of them was not locking in place. I notified customer service and they sent a replacement lid out immediately. Great products and great company.

Plates are solid. and sturdy. Ideal divided portions to prevent overfill of food. I'm using the plates for myself for portion control and the lids are handy for taking food on the go. Customer service is exceptional. I received a plate with some dark scuffs that wouldn't wash off, and customer service sent me a new set of plates within days.

Great Customer Service

I bought two sets of the bags. I really love the quality of the bags. My only issue is sliding on the clip to lock. The bags is a struggle, a fight, and by then all of your stuff has come out the bag. I bought the bags to see if they would get loose or it would be easier to slide on the clip and it still is not now I have all these bags that I can't use. Please help if you know a way to make it easier to get the slides on.

Love these pouches! We’ve tried a few brands, by far the best. Go through the dishwasher fine, and save a ton of money rather than buying prepared pouches!

These sandwich bags work great for lots of snacks or leftovers. My original order had a bag that tore but they quickly replaced them all, great customer service, they clearly care about their products and customers!
