Was glad to be able to pick the specific color and add carbon fiber pattern at same price-would love to have had the ability to view the colors online. Love the adjustable belt clip just wish for brief directions included with delivery. Easy enough to figure out and love the belt width easy adjustment!

They got in contact when material for what I ordered wasn’t in stock. Came to a quick resolution and shipped that same day.

Simple holster with a quick release belt fastener. Just what I was looking for. When I received it, the gun fit well, but had too much tension. So I contacted Weber and they sent me a few longer screws (with receptacles) to replace the short ones originally installed. This worked perfectly providing the retention pressure I was looking for. They did a great job taking care of their customers. Highly recommended!

Great holster but no instructions on attaching the belt clip. Cannot find the holster I ordered again on the web site. Nothing is named and there is no part number.

The products are phenomenal. However the delivery process was not streamline at all. I ordered two mag holders with mount upgrades. It took two phone calls and three deliveries to get it right. The good news is, the customers service on the phone calls was excellent and ultimately Weber Tactical got it right. I believe there simply needed to be more attention to detail on the front end of the shipping preparation process. Average experience in terms of processing, but very pleased with the product. I will do business with the company again in the future.

Shipping was fast however they sent the wrong product. When contacted the owner said I’ll have customer service contact you and send you a shipping label…that never happened. So now I have an expensive paper weight.
