I placed an order for 2 magazine carriers on 02 July 2026. Adam personally reached out to me to apologize for a rough patch which led to some bad reviews. Communication was excellent, and the mag carriers were finished and shipped in two weeks, well under the stated delivery time. My experience has been that of excellent service and a great product, and I won't hesitate to order again.

I am having the same experience as others. I ordered a holster a month and a half ago. No holster received. I tried emailing 3 times - all went unanswered. There is no phone number listed on the website either.

I am having a harder and harder time not believing that you aren't a scam that stole my money and have no intention on shipping the MPX Pouches out. I was CHARGED immediately. but have ZERO contact via the emails that I sent or the phone numbers that are all disconnected. I either want the pouches that I ordered or the money back. A review and reporting to the BBB is already happening as soon as I sent this email. Please don't leave us hanging out here. I know I'm not the only customer that has contacted you.

I was referred to Weber Tactical to buy a holster for my son who is planning on competing in a PCSL match in June 2026. I ordered a holster for his MasterPiece Arms LOC gun and a AR-15 magazine holster for his belt on 4/17/2026. Upon paying approximately $200 the invoice said "All orders process and ship within 21 business days". Steps taken to contact Weber Tactical: 1. Called the phone number on online- Number has been disconnected 2. Emailed draw@webertactical.com- No response 3. Sent message on Facebook messenger- No response 4. Sent message on IG to Adam Weber - No response 5. Tried calling Adam Weber at phone number 636-466-6961- No response 6. Text Adam Weber- No response 7. Sent message through website messenger- No response I know Weber Tactical is active on there FB and IG pages because they continue to post. What Weber Tactical is doing is considered theft.

Tried to call them and no response, credit card has been charged but have not received holster.

Apparently their manufacturing machine was struck my lightning right after I ordered. They communicated well, took care of me more than I would have ever expected, and I am sincerely blown away. I want to find more things to buy from them just to support.

Holster is a perfect fit for my Prodigy. Love the locking leaver as an added level of safety.

Great product but the customer service has been sub-par. I've called about 8 times to try and talk with the holster group and they simply can't answer the phone. Simple question on the gaming holster: the backing/nut for the top tensioning bolt seems to be stripped and no longer will allow me to make adjustments. The backing seems to be cocked due to the hole location riding on a radius on the holster's shape. How do I fix it ?
