Webb's is my go to place for all my pond supplies. Was the same with purchasing my replacement deicer. Their customer care team is always outstanding when you call them with questions or concerns about equipment & supplies. One of my packages was supposed to go UPS which never has any delivery issues where I live but it went via USPS and got stuck somewhere in their routing system causing a delay in receiving it. I could get no information from USPS but Joe is totally amazing and he got the delivery information from USPS. I'm have no doubt that it finally got delivered when it did because of Joe looking into from his end. USPS was non responsive to me about the delay. Thank you
