I purchased the Centella Light cleansing oil from w cosmetics in Sylvia park and was thoroughly impressed by the product. Not only is it gentle on my skin and menstrual acne but also removes my layers of creams and powder based makeup products with ease. The customer service of when I was purchasing the product was also very satisfactory. It was the day after Easter so the store was packed yet I was served efficiently and it didn’t take hrs to find my account details either.

I have always thought that skin products here in australia are made for caucasian skin. As a result, my skin suffered. I dont have to order on line or ask relatives back abroad for asian products. I love w cosmetics

I strongly recommend shopping online with W Cosmetics. My online purchases have always been safe, professional, and delivered on time. However, I do not recommend shopping in-store, especially at The Glen (Glen Waverley) and Chadstone locations. On five separate occasions at The Glen, I experienced dishonest service. For example, I purchased seven items but only received five when I got home—two items were missing and not placed in my shopping bag. On another occasion, I bought Marvis “Kissing Rose” toothpaste, and when I opened it at home, the tube was only half full. Based on these repeated experiences, I find the in-store service unreliable and untrustworthy. Staff are also reluctant to provide samples. In contrast, online shopping has been consistently honest, punctual, and often includes samples. Retail staff, especially younger employees, should be better trained to act with honesty, professionalism, and self-respect—because that is what builds respect for customers.
