I loved the products; highly recommended.

Overall a very good experience. Very fast delivery

W Cosmetics is a reliable supplier of Korean products. My package arrived a week after I ordered it. It came with some free samples of items that I could try. Some I threw out because they simply weren't suited to me, while others were OK. I ordered online simply because what I wanted to buy wasn't on their shelf in their physical store at Highpoint. Overall, ordering online was a satisfactory experience simply because I was able to redirect the package to the local post office for safe collection from there. It would be handy if W Cosmetics could offer a 'click and collect' service to their customers.

love the eye mask The free gift was not suitable for me though. Delivery was also very quick

I am very happy with what I ordered. It makes my skin feel so nice.

Love the variety you have online and in store but I always get lost in store lol

shipping was super fast, loved the range of products and the fact they have trial sizes so you don't have to buy a huge bottle or tub and end up not liking the product. Will 100% be my go to skin care store from now on

I'm glad I found W cosmetics. Their products and service are fantastic . They ship your order quickly and from Australia.. I've never had a problem except for what to buy. ,there is a chat link to help you based on what your after. Thank you 😊
