I LOVE Badlands!! Their quality is great, their fit is great, their customer service is great, and if there is an issue with something, their warranty is out of this world! I will never buy anything else.

Upland game vest is top notch. And I would like to make a suggestion that you add a short length for the everyday pants, something in a 30-32” inseam would be great. I had to return the jeans because my wife said her sewing machine wouldn’t be able to handle it.

I recommend this product. Easy, Packable, light gear that you don't burn up in. Very breathable for a pop up shower to keep you dry.

I'm a reviews guy and when reviews are on the company's own website, I tend to be a little skeptical. I bought the silens top and bottoms and thought worst case, I could return it within 60 days and I'd only be out shipping costs. I run cold so I wanted something lighter weight as I walk a mile to my stand and back but it needed to keep me very warm. Well, I did my first sit in mid October in Michigan in an exposed tree stand with 10mph winds and temps in the mid 30s wearing nothing under the suit besides compression shorts and a long sleeve shirt. I'm blown away, to say the least. I was warm the entire time and this product is extremely quiet. I'm very pleased with Badlands, a company I hadn't heard of before and impressed with their silens line. I'd definitely recommend it. Like others, I just wish it came with a detachable hood.

I love the silens line. I only wish the didn’t sale out of sizes so fast. I got I had to get a medium hoodie but I wish I could have gotten a large.

The main reason I continue to purchase Badlands backpacks, binocular harnesses, and various other gear for hiking is quite simply due to the superior quality and reliability of the product. . The lifetime warranty and customer service is the icing on the cake. . . Anyone who has hiked or hunted much at all knows how important it us to have reliable gear. . . Not only does the outcome of your adventure hinge greatly on the gear you choose, but on many cases your very life could depend on it. . . For myself and my shed hunting buddies, that is definitely the case. . . We are shed hunting addicts and we hike way too far away from the Polaris most of the time, and must then find our way back in the dark until the wee hours of the morning. . . Our packs must survive the entire trip and keep all essential gear (and antlers) intact and at the ready for the entire trip, without fail, every single time we go out. . . that said, there will be no compromising when it comes to the hiking gear. . . no less than Badlands packs and gear will do. . . you get what you pay for. . . and the fact that if anything does ever goes wrong with my gear, through normal wear and tear or by virtue of my own stupidity, all I have to do is contact Badlands and it will be repaired, speaks volumes to me about how much Badlands trusts in their own product and is truly invested in knowing what goes on in the actual field so that any potential improvement can be made. . . many problems can only be discovered and solved by using a product in real life situations. . . it is also comforting to know that when I slam my bino harness clip in the hatchback door and break it, Badlands will simply send me another one (tried and tested folks. . . their warranty isn't just talk). . . whatever you're doing there, keep doing it and don't stop putting out the best hiking gear I've ever used

Just got the packable rain gear top and bottom then used them literally the next day. I went through some pretty nasty weather and terrain here in Alaska staying dry and warm. They didn’t rip when I definitely thought they would, going through some of the trees and bushes. The only thing I don’t have is a backpack which is on my list to order! Also, I wish badlands had a line for kids sizes, my daughter likes to wear hats (like her dad) and she’s always putting on my badlands hat. I bought two for this reason and I just safety pin the back lol.

So far I guess I don’t understand why you have a phone number if you are not going to return customer calls, especially when trying to potentially purchase items from your website. Multiple messages left as no one local carries your gear so I rely on reviews and pictures online. Guess what have already had items that significantly had contrast differences even though it was the same pattern. When deciding on a jacket because the one I wanted was out of stock no one would return a call on what the best model would be. Your items are too expensive to be blindly guessing and a simple couple minute call would have sufficed. Kind of makes you wonder if the unconditional warranty will be the same experience of one should have to use it?
