Shipping was fast, order was correct. Only issue was the wax pot cleaner was leaking and the bic that it came in was soaked. Also, the perfect storm box had a rip in the resealable bag, so I had to toss a bunch of hard wax beads 😒

I had requested a sample and received it in a timely manner, received a phone call for a review. I was honest and told them the one I chose was not my favorite and why and they sent me over a brand new sample that would better fit my needs along with an additional small gift

This is the perfect wax and seems to be less painful than others, we have been using it in our class and it’s definitely a classroom favorite!!

This is my second time ordering this hard wax, and while the wax itself works well, I’m disappointed that once again, one of the bags arrived torn. It’s frustrating to receive product that’s not properly sealed — especially when it’s for professional use. I expected better quality control. Please consider improving packaging to avoid future issues.

This wax is so easy to use, it's creamy and sets quickly. If you're looking for a creamy wax, this is the one for you! It has a faint smell of coconut which I find is really nice. I definitely recommend to every esthtie!
