Why? i bought 3 plugins, already had a lot. But this time, i never achieve to authorise them. I spend about 100euros on phone with after sale service, they call back one time and never found why. Now i just can authorize them with a stick, and it's not a good think for me. i expect from you a commercial gesture now. thank you.

Downloading and updating waves plugins is hard and unintuitive compared to other plugin companies. I'll make it a 3 star, because thee might be logical reasons for this, Waves being so huge and all that. Although that could be an argument to design a seamless experience.
