Excellent product. The craftsmanship of this pan is incredible. The pan is weighty and quite durable. It only requires a small amount of effort to clean. I intend to replace my existing pans with the entire lineup from KitchenCraft.

I purchased cook wear at the fair on February 12, 2024. On February 15, 2024 my credit card was charged with email saying thank you for my order. When checking nothing had shipped. On February 27, 2024 I decided to give them a chance to make this right before canceling. Received an email asking me to confirm my address and the Zip code was wrong. Nothing had been shipped but they corrected the Zip code now I should receive the package March 5th. I’m not happy that they didn’t type the correct Zip code but wait for my package. If it still doesn’t come I will cancel and dispute the charge.

Thank you for replacing my almost entire set of cookware. This replacement has much smoother rims than the first set which had razor sharp edges which cut me twice. Don't know how it ever got past inspection.
