Customer service was very helpful when I needed to order the part.

We ordered online and got the wrong handles. Called customer services and got a refund, returned the wrong handles and they fixed us up with the right ones right away. Couldn't be more pleased with our new handles, the set looks brand new now and we've had this set for 43 years!

The return policy was quick to get a replacement for the cookware that I sent back. Otherwise, I'm not seeing a huge difference in this vs my Pampered Chef that is also a lifetime guarentee.

I purchase a set of cookware 22 years ago at a county fair and till this day they are the best cooking ware I've ever owned. I highly recommend this product, you will not regret it. Best investment ever.
