Doesn't know his product, couldn't tell me what bulbs I needed to purchase for the fixture he sold the week before. What waste of time. If Ryan worked for me, oh wait he wouldn't.

I have not yet received the order, although I have received confirmation indicating that it was delivered. I also called the customer service number provided on your website but have not yet received a response. I am hopeful that we can get this resolved promptly. As an electrical contractor, I frequently specify and purchase lighting fixtures for various projects, so I believe I could be a valuable repeat customer. I would certainly like the opportunity to continue doing business with your company, but I first need assistance locating or replacing this order. I appreciate your attention to the matter and look forward to hearing from you.
